Viktoria reached out to me when she was in her second trimester of her pregnancy in search of maternity photos. Upon booking, she decided to go with my studio maternity photoshoot and studio newborn photoshoot, both. I offer a Bump to Baby session fee, which is $600 and includes Maternity, Newborn, and either a six month sitter session or a one year birthday session, but Viktoria and her husband are moving so she had to go with maternity and newborn only!
A lot of clients ask me “When should I book my maternity photos with you?” and the answer to that is as soon as possible! I book up months in advanced. Right now (March 2021) I am booking up into September 2021 with some clients booked as far out as spring 2022. I always say to contact me around your second trimester so that we can be sure to get you on the calendar.
What happens at my maternity photoshoot? When you come in for your maternity photos you will get your hair and makeup done by my hair and makeup artist. Once she has performed your hair and makeup, we make magic happen! Upon booking you’ll get to fill out a maternity questionnaire to let me know any looks that you want from my portfolio, this way I can have everything pulled out and ready to go!
Viktoria was just such a chill, down for whatever client. I love when you can just talk and have a bomb time together. There never is any forced conversation with her family, we just vibe so well! Her daughter and husband wanted to be included in a few photos, so we made that magic happen.
Can my family be included in a few of my maternity photos? YES! We will obviously mainly focus on mama, as I feel that this is a celebration for her, but also it’s such a huge milestone for you all, so we make sure to get a few photos of everyone together as well.
Once your maternity photoshoot is all wrapped up I go through everything and show you all of the products in person. I go through my Create Your Own Collection step by step, that way you guys have a clearer picture what will fit your needs prior to your reveal/ordering appointment.
