I had the honor of capturing this family’s maternity and studio newborn session! Laura booked with me when she was in her second trimester.

When choosing their newborn photographer, safety was of utmost importance to them. I am highly trained in newborn posing and safety and assure my clients that their baby is in good hands with me! I frequently attend newborn workshops to perfect my craft, and strive to provide an awesome studio newborn session for my clients!

We had a little difficulty getting baby girl to pose due to the fact that she was quite fussy, which is out of the norm for me, but we pushed through and still had a large gallery for them to choose from. The most important shots that Laura had asked me to capture were sibling shots and parent shots. We did get both of these set ups for mama, despite baby girl being a little colicky!

A lot of my clients worry that their baby will cry, their baby won’t pose, that they won’t have a large gallery to choose from, etc. This is simply not true. If your baby is upset with posed newborn, we can always do different wrapped looks. There is always another way that we can get you an amazing gallery, even with an upset baby, and I am trained to give you just that!

This girl looked absolutely gorgeous on this mint color backdrop. My clients do have a say in their newborn baby‘s color scheme for their session, but most leave it up to me!

I hope to see this sweet girl back for a milestone session in six months or so, she was just the sweetest thing! Nothing is better than watching your babies grow up throughout the year. It is such an honor and privilege to be entrusted with your little one.
